Q: What is the best way to find a tutor these days? Should I go through school or use a site like WyzAnt.com?
I am looking for a tutor for my son who is in second grade. I feel like he hasn't picked up reading as easily or as well as some of his classmates. I would love to get him some extra help, so that he doesn't fall behind.
What is the best way to find a tutor for a elementary school student these days? Is it still best to go through a school or church group? Or, is it better to work through one of these internet sites, such as WyzAnt.com? I imagine there is a better selection on WyzAnt. Has anyone had a good experience with this site or others like it? Also, what sort of safety precautions do these sites take?
