Q: We are moving to California. How old or heavy do kids need to be in order to graduate from a child safety seat?
I have a six year old son and we're moving to California. I know that kids have to be in child safety seats there. What's the rule on weight or age? Also, where can you buy these seats for bigger kids? Thanks.
