Q: Is vegetarian sushi okay to eat when you're pregnant? Is it safe?
I know the issue with sushi is the raw fish. Are the other ingredients okay? Nori? The sushi rice - is there any issue with the vinegar? In general, is it okay to eat from sushi restaurants / sushi chefs when you're pregnant? ...We have a great Japanese place around the corner. We got some great food from there recently. I stuck to the teriyaki and some dumplings. But, I would have loved to have some of my husbands avocado rolls and seaweed salad. Any information would be great? I'm craving those avocado rolls!
