Q: What are the best foods for me to eat to avoid morning sickness?

I'm freaking out about morning sickness because I hate throwing up. Is there something that I can eat that could help avoid this or make the symptoms less?

A: Here's a few

I have read that oatmeal, ice-chips, and ginger help. During my pregnancy, I used to keep ginger snaps beside my bed and would snack on them whenever I woke up or started feeling queezy. You could also try drinking some gingerale.

A: Oatmeal

As unappealing as it may sound, I used to eat packets of plain oatmeal (raw) whenever I started to feel nauseous. It totally helped! Plus, the flavor is really bland so it doesn't make the nauseousness (is that a word?) worse.
