I honestly did not believe this would work but it really did. Just put sprinkles on the food. Like you would on ice cream or cupcakes. I did this for my 3 year old and he eats foods he would normally refuse.

A: Hide Food In Other Food
As a picky eater I remember an old trick my mom used to do to me which is put the pees in the mashed potatoes. All about trickery.

A: Change Microflora!
